This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") explains what types of data may be collected and stored on our website, as well as how the information may be used and shared.

When drafting this Policy, we were guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27.04.2016 (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and other legal documents of Ukraine.

3) conclusion and execution of a transaction to which the personal data subject is a party or which is concluded in favor of the personal data subject or for the purpose of taking measures preceding the conclusion of a transaction at the request of the personal data subject;

4) protection of vital interests of the personal data subject;

5) the need to fulfill the obligation of the personal data owner provided for by the Law "On Personal Data Protection";

6) the need to protect the legitimate interests of the personal data owner or a third party to whom personal data is transferred, unless the need to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of the personal data subject in connection with the processing of his or her data outweighs such interests.

Collection and use of personal data

You are not required to provide any of your personal data to use the website, so you are not identified in any way. However, in order to use the full functionality of the website, you will need to provide personal data when registering for a training program, ordering services, etc.

Functionality that will be available to you without specifying personal data:

  1. the opportunity to familiarize yourself with all the training programs;
  2. viewing free publications on the website: articles; news; publications;
  3. viewing information pages of the website;.

Personal data is collected on the website on a voluntary basis when registering for a training program or ordering a service. Such information may include, but is not limited to: full name, telephone number, e-mail, place of work, position, EDRPOU code (TIN), legal address and name of the payer, area of interest.

We start processing your personal data immediately after you register on our website. This includes all the information you provided during registration.

We reserve the right to set requirements for the mandatory composition of personal data that you enter when registering on the website. All other data is entered by you at your own discretion.

We do not collect or process personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, membership in political parties and professional organizations, convictions, probation, as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data.

Disclosure and transfer of personal data to third parties

We do not transfer or disclose the personal data we receive to third parties without your consent, except as may be necessary for the organization and conduct of events (only for the organization and conduct of events) and in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, including:

  • to provide information on the basis of a reasoned request from authorized state bodies;
  • to comply with laws, regulations, and court decisions;
  • to detect or prevent fraud;
  • to eliminate technical malfunctions of the website.
