Passing the DipIFR is the goal of many, but not everyone who dares to pass the exam successfully receives the coveted diploma.
I believe that when you are working towards your goal, everything that happens on the way to achieving it is important. You need to be brave, determined and patient when things get tough. Undoubtedly, the support of family and friends is important.
One of the most important details on the way to conquering DipIFR, in my opinion, is the choice of a training provider.
My journey to DipIFR began in February 2013, when I quite by chance managed to get in the "last carriage", as they say, starting with the 2nd lesson of the DipIFR program with Olena Kharlamova at the IASB.
Olena Viktorivna is a professional in her field who knows how to interest and show that IFRS is cool! The material is presented in a professional, clear, easy and accessible manner. The distance course is perfectly organized and available 24/7. Olena Viktorivna's life hacks are a must-have. However, despite all my efforts, due to technical problems, I was unable to pass the exam in the June 2023 session. That is why it was decided to take the exam offline, that is, at the nearest exam center, which means Istanbul is ahead.
I took a refresher course, of course, at the IASB with Olena Viktorivna. Almost 5 months of preparation and hard work, and here I am in Istanbul. Of course, passing the exam in another country is quite a quest, but I did it! The exam results were received on January 15, 2024 - the exam was passed successfully, the goal was achieved and now I have an international diploma in IFRS!
I sincerely thank Olena Viktorivna and the entire team of the IASB, I wish you success, further development and prosperity!
I would like to express my gratitude to Olena Viktorivna for the training before the ACCA DipIFR exam. Studying at the IAASB was my best decision to get the coveted diploma. The author's methodology, "life hacks", a distance course (which contains a lot of information, notes, tests), attentive attitude to each student, each question and detailed explanations helped me understand and master International Financial Reporting Standards, and not just memorize the methodology for solving specific tasks submitted for the exam.
My story on the way to the diploma (it may be useful to someone and inspire them not to "give up"): the first two attempts to pass the exam remotely failed due to technical problems (in 2023, when there were problems with electricity and the Internet) and I was ready to give up on another attempt. When Olena Viktorivna found out about this, she inspired me with her kind words and support that I would succeed, and she encouraged me not to give up and to make another attempt. And I succeeded!!! I passed the exam and received the ACCA DipIFR diploma!
I am very grateful to Olena Viktorivna for the knowledge, attentive attitude and support!

As an employee of a financial company that was one of the first in Ukraine to adopt IFRS, the search for optimal training in these standards has always been relevant to me. I was interested in a course that would not only significantly deepen my knowledge of IFRS, but also prepare me for professional certification. My long-standing goal was to obtain the ACCA DipIFR diploma.
I have known Olena Viktorivna for a long time, as I have attended many of her webinars, seminars and other events for our professional community. I have always highly appreciated her high level of professionalism and teaching skills. She is able to explain complex concepts in simple words, which saves us a lot of time and resources. Therefore, when it came to choosing a course to prepare for certification, I had no doubts.
Now I can say with certainty that it was absolutely the right decision. Elena Viktorovna provides only the information that is necessary to pass the exam. There is nothing superfluous. She shares with the students many secrets of solving problems. In addition, the course offers a lot of practical tasks. If you follow all the instructions of the teacher, complete her assignments and stick to the course plan, then passing the ACCA DipIFR exam is really easy. I managed to do it on the first try, even though I didn't have much accounting experience. I should add that I took the exam in English. All this became possible thanks to the course and Olena Viktorivna. I will always be grateful for this and will recommend the AMFZ to everyone.

I received my DipIFR in January 2024. I have been working in the audit industry for almost 6 years. At the time of my studies, I worked in a Ukrainian audit firm. Now I hold the position of audit project manager, we can say that I am an auditor without a certificate, obtaining an auditor's certificate is the next goal.
I made the decision to study and obtain the DipIFR certificate instantly, it was influenced by the dismissal of my manager, she left for another audit company and I decided that I also wanted to change something. For quite a long time, I could not decide whether to study and get the DipIFR certificate or to take the exam on International Financial Reporting Standards at the OSNAD. As you can probably imagine, I chose to go for the DipIFR diploma. Why? Because I am an auditor now, and tomorrow? Because now I am in Ukraine, and tomorrow? Because this is a different level for me!
I didn't hesitate to choose where to study, to be honest, I don't even know where else they prepare for the ACCA DipIFR exam, for some reason I was sure that Olena Viktorivna was the best. And I was not mistaken.
What impressed and impressed me the most:
Negatives. It was hard to have all Saturdays for 4 months occupied by studies. Self-organization of studying on other days. The exam itself: stress that you don't know everything; worries that the electricity or Internet could be cut off at any time, because I took the exam online. Work, there is already a lot of it at the end of the year, and you still need to devote time to studying and not forget about household chores.
My observations and experience: preparing for the ACCA DipIFR exam is not training in IFRS, it is only preparation for the exam with the study of individual standards. Studying is not only lectures on Saturdays, but also constant self-study, perhaps not every day, but the more the better. 2 weeks before the exam, I took a vacation from work and solved problems on a daily basis. I didn't listen to other lecturers because they teach differently and I was afraid of getting confused. Taking tests on an online platform and solving previous exams to get the hang of it and self-analyze the answers. A great, very great understanding of why you personally need it and the belief that everything will work out.
In conclusion, I would like to say that during my studies, I quit my job at a Ukrainian audit firm and joined another, but this time an international one, without having a diploma, but my desire to get one was a strong argument. I definitely plan to continue my studies, because obtaining a diploma of this level inspires me to new unconquered heights.
I would like to express my gratitude to Olena Viktorivna and the entire AICPA team for making my dream of obtaining a DipIFR diploma for a person who knew nothing about International Standards and first heard about it at the Start-Up course a reality. It took a lot of patience, nerves and support from close people - it was a crazy six months for me. Olena Viktorivna, thank you for your contribution to help us achieve our dreams, for sharing your experience, professional skills, your time and patience to explain complex things to us in simple words! It was a very convenient distance course, which could be accessed at any time and tests could be taken several times until you understood every number, any question could be answered both in the chat and at our consultation meetings. It's very cool to learn from professionals!!! Thank you for the feelings I had when I found out that I passed the exam, it was amazing and fantastic!!!

I took the DipIFR preparation course in the fall of 2023. This course was a real find for me. Everything is clear, concise, clear, interesting, structured, without unnecessary "water". Olena Viktorivna's ability to present standards that are difficult to understand in simple language makes me want to come back to the Agency again and again, participating in webinars and considering options for further training.
Many thanks to the IASB team for their work!

She began an in-depth study of International Financial Reporting Standards in the spring of 2023. She took a very responsible approach to the choice of the training center and the strategy for mastering IFRS. Obviously, the IASB and Olena Kharlamova's original methodology were chosen as the training center. At first, we took the IFRS-Start-up course.
Accessible, professional, gradual, structured. The first basic knowledge of IFRS was mastered with great interest. In the summer of 2023, without hesitation, I decided to go further, to obtain in-depth knowledge of the standards and a DipIFR diploma. Six months of intense, interesting study. Difficult topics, complex standards.... but with Olena's desire to teach everyone, everything is possible! The teaching methodology developed by Olena Viktorivna and her responsible attitude to learning will not leave any student without fundamental knowledge and a coveted diploma. All the necessary conditions have been created for the students: a platform with educational literature, additional videos, tests; video recording of missed lessons, support from managers, answers to all questions, both regarding the training itself and organizational issues related to the exam. I completely "trusted" Olena Viktorivna as a teacher, used all the life hacks and got DipIFR on the first attempt. Now, I am very actively deepening my knowledge of individual IFRS standards, which are presented in the IASB Webinar Market.
Thank you, Olena Viktorivna and the IASB, for the opportunity to learn from the best. Good luck and prosperity!
Feedback

I will start my review with words of gratitude to the team of the IFRS Agency and to the unsurpassed mentor Olena Kharlamova! Thank you very much for your participation in my professional growth! It was a positive experience of cooperation - in a short time we received the necessary theoretical knowledge, practical methods of solving problems, valuable (even priceless) advice, support and motivation that helped our group to pass the exam.
My result was 85 points on the first attempt, 3rd place in the ACCA Ukraine TOP DipIFR December 2024 ranking and 6th place in the world. My feelings immediately after the exam were nervous, but it was not difficult. Not because the tasks were easy, but because we were prepared. I also want to note that the classes were held in a warm, friendly atmosphere, and I already miss our meetings.
For those who are hesitant, perhaps my experience will inspire someone to believe in themselves, take the first step and go the distance to their dream diploma together with a team of professionals and the best tutor Olena Viktorivna. Join us, it will be interesting and useful - guaranteed!

It is a great honor for me to be among the top three among the Ukrainian participants of the DipIFR exam.
What helped you achieve this result? First of all, it was the systematic preparation, presentation of the course material and practical life hacks from Olena Kharlamova. Her approach not only structured the knowledge, but also helped me to approach the exam calmly. Equally important were daily self-discipline, regular solving of course tasks and work with past exams.
I would also like to emphasize the importance of writing my own notes - it helped me to better understand the theoretical framework and systematize the material. Combining the study of theory with the analysis of the examiner's answers proved to be very effective for me: I carefully studied the wording he used, highlighted key phrases, the logic of drawing conclusions and the structure of answers. This taught me to answer theoretical questions not just with definitions, but to present the theory through the logic of the standard and the correct emphasis - the way the examiner expects.

I want to thank Olena for this wonderful training and time. For her patience. For repeating the same information in ten different ways, because each of us is an individual.
For the method of coloring information.
Thank you very much for such an in-depth course and the amount of important and useful information.
Training is intense and you need to be prepared for it both mentally and physically. It takes a lot of time and effort. But once you start this journey, you can't stop. You have to pick up the pace and keep it up to the end. Do not think that something will not work out. Of course, not everything is immediately clear, and a large percentage of what you will learn is completely new to EVERYONE, and this is absolutely normal!)
What I would recommend is this:
- listen to the teacher. There will be a thousand and one life hacks on how to solve problems or build answers.
- not to be silent during the lecture. discuss answers with colleagues.
- don't be afraid to make a mistake, because then you'll remember it.
- if you don't have time, then do at least a little, but systematically every day
- ask questions! don't be shy, because a question can also help other participants to understand. And how grateful I was sometimes to someone who asked a question I was shy about :)
more practical advice that helped me:
- go to the workshop!!!
- In addition to the date, add to the files from the workshop the topics covered in the lecture. )
- store useful links (registration, past exams, etc.)
I would also like to add some practical advice.
- allocate and directly enter time for studying into your personal calendar.
- periodically solve problems in Pearson to get used to the program.
- If you plan to deliver remotely, be sure to have a stable Internet connection and a Windows laptop.
- It's everyone's choice whether to go online or offline, but I felt more comfortable in my familiar surroundings, at home, on my computer.Elena Kuznetsova
I am especially grateful to Olena Viktorivna for emphasizing the nuances that became the very puzzle that I needed to fully understand some topics.
I'll add a little on my own. It helped me a lot to systematically solve at least one consolidation from past exams every day. Over time, the basic calculations are done automatically, which helped a lot during the exam, because the worries and pressure of limited time knock out a little.

I'll share it with you:
1) You need to learn everything and not guess what will and will not happen;
2) a digital workshop is a must-have, especially for those who prefer to study at a certain time and in a focused manner, in other words, who have a problem with organizing time for independent study (this is me :));
3) do the preparatory work for consolidation, as Olena Viktorivna says it really reduces stress;
4) do not be afraid to abandon an exam task if you do not remember how to do it, i.e. everything should be calculated by the time for each task;
5) get enough sleep before the exam!!!
Yulia Minina
Indeed, after studying, you come out as a different person with different knowledge and a different background.
The workshop is really necessary, because many of the tasks that Olena explained were for "dummies", and you can't figure them out on your own.
It helped me a lot to go back to the lectures, to revise and re-listen to them.
When I listened to and re-read the lectures, everything became more structured and clear. I especially noticed that in November, the consolidation had a clear understanding, because the rest of the standards had been studied, and there was already an understanding of what it was for and how to calculate it.
It is really important to do a little bit of work every day. And to allocate time for it. Unfortunately, I had no time for daily practice, but I tried to solve the previous exams (it's very valuable, especially when you look at the examiner's clarifications in the answers, such as "the candidate will receive full marks for this disclosure").
This increases the chances of success :)

I sincerely advise you to prepare for the DipIFR exam at the IFRS Agency together with Olena Viktorivna, her approach and energy inspire you to gain knowledge!
First of all, a comfortable study schedule - 4 hours a week. Personally, it is difficult for me to perceive information when the duration of training during the day is longer.
The material in the classroom is taught in an accessible form and to the point, and a distance course is also available, with a lot of additional information and simulators.
Tables with unified information are very helpful.
I advise everyone to follow Olena Viktorivna's recommendations on how to prepare for the exam and how to behave during the exam.
You need to learn everything and practice a lot both on your own and attend a workshop to understand the standards.
As for the personal exam: the main thing is to keep track of time and not be afraid to drop tasks to move on, as well as to get a good night's sleep!

Olena Lytvynchuk
But with such a lecturer and mentor as Elena Viktorovna, nothing is scary. Every nuance will be analyzed and explained. So, thank you very much for such a thorough knowledge of IFRS.
I would also like to mention the workshop. This is a super-trainer specifically for the Dipyfr exam. I also advise you to pay a lot of attention to consolidation, as there is a lot of information and the algorithm is often forgotten. Therefore, before the exam, it is imperative to go over all its possible variants.
As we have already mentioned, the Dipyfr is an exam for which you need to be mentally prepared and be able to set aside time to study almost every day.
I also advise you not to miss lectures, hoping that you can review everything later. In fact, there is not enough time for this, since the training is intensive and each missed topic is time that can be devoted to a more detailed analysis of complex tasks.

Congratulations to all those who have decided to take the ACCA DipIFR exam! My colleagues have already written a lot and my impressions fully coincide with theirs regarding the preparation for the exam.
I would just like to add that it is Elena Viktorovna who, at the request of the group, organizes additional consultations where we have the opportunity to consider issues that need to be highlighted once again. They are very helpful in analyzing the topic to the bone. After such a level of preparation, the desire to pass the exam only increases.
